Great Plains Country is a regional nonprofit serving 14 counties across Southwest Oklahoma. Through partnerships, storytelling, travel promotion, and collaboration, we help shine a light on the people, places, heritage, businesses, and experiences that make this corner of Oklahoma worth the trip. Our mission remains the same today as it was in 1966: extending aid to projects that encourage tourism, recreation, beautification, cultural development, and economic growth across Southwest Oklahoma.
